Terms of service

The service

Clidevoff is a subscription software service operated by TronForgeX: a VS Code extension with an AI coding agent. The agent sends your prompts and the workspace context you choose to third-party model providers and returns their output. Features, models and plans may change over time.

Plans, credits and billing

• Seller of record. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Stripe through Link as merchant of record: taxes, receipts and invoices are issued by them. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM* CLIDEVOFF.COM.
• Plan credits. Each plan grants a monthly allowance of credits that resets at every renewal. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the period — they do not roll over.
• Extra credits. Additional credits purchased separately (top-ups) never expire and are spent after plan credits run out.
• Upgrades. Moving to a larger plan charges only the price difference, keeps your renewal date and adds the plan's credit difference to the current period.
• Downgrades. Moving to a smaller plan applies at the next renewal — nothing is charged now.
• Refunds. Refunded purchases lose the corresponding benefits: a partial refund removes the unused credits in proportion, a full refund ends the period or reverts the upgrade.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" in your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and never issues a refund by itself.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only lawfully and within your plan's limits. You must not probe or bypass quotas, authentication or rate limits, resell or share access, abuse the service to attack third parties, or generate content that violates applicable law. We may suspend or end access that breaches these rules.

Your content and the agent's output

You keep every right on the code and content you submit and on what the agent produces for you. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure: you are responsible for reviewing everything the agent writes before you use, run or ship it. How you use the output — including in your own products — is your choice and your responsibility.

Our intellectual property

Clidevoff — the name, the software, the site and its documentation — is the property of its operator and protected by copyright. These terms grant you only the right to use the service; nothing else is licensed, sold or transferred.

Availability, disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, nor for what subscribers do or generate with the service; our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version lives on this page. They are governed by Italian law, subject to the mandatory protections of your country's consumer law.
